1. Acceptance

By using puritasrx.com, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Telehealth Consent.

2. Not emergency care

Puritas is not for medical emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. No guarantee of prescription

Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider determines whether treatment is appropriate. If you are not approved, you are not charged for treatment.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and physically located in a state we serve. Some treatments are restricted by state law.

5. Payment and subscriptions

Treatments are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Your payment method is saved during intake and charged after provider approval, then on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges. See Shipping & Refunds.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate health information, use medications as directed, and not resell or share prescriptions.

7. Intellectual property

The Puritas name, brand, and site content are owned by Puritas Telehealth, LLC and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puritas Telehealth, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
