FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions patients ask most.

What states do you serve?

Puritas is available in most U.S. states. We do not currently serve California, Louisiana, Mississippi. Some treatments may be limited by state law.

Who is your pharmacy partner?

Prescriptions are dispensed by our partner pharmacy, [Partner Pharmacy Name] (LegitScript-certified / NABP-accredited).

Who is your provider network?

Your intake is reviewed by US-licensed providers in our network, [Provider Network Name]. See providers & pharmacy for details.

How do consultations work?

You complete an online medical intake, a licensed provider reviews it to establish a legitimate patient–provider relationship, and a prescription is issued only if appropriate. See how it works.

When am I charged?

Your payment method is saved during intake but only charged after a provider approves your treatment. If you're not approved, you're not charged.

What are typical shipping times?

Once a provider approves, our partner pharmacy typically ships within a few business days. Delivery windows are estimates and vary by location and pharmacy processing.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges immediately. See our shipping & refunds policy.

How is my information protected?

We handle your information in line with our HIPAA-conscious privacy policy. Card data is entered through our payment provider's secure hosted fields and never stored on our servers.

What should I do if I experience side effects?

Stop use if directed and seek medical care. Report side effects to us at safety@puritasrx.com. For emergencies, call 911.
